Tenant data refresh process updated

These changes were made to the tenant data refresh process:

  • Because the word indexes are automatically rebuilt when data is imported into the target tenant, these index tables files are no longer processed by the SA Tenant Refresh - Data Export Report or SA Tenant Refresh - Data Import Report:

    • apss_index.d
    • apsv_index.d
    • arsc_index.d
    • arsg_index.d
    • arss_index.d
    • contacts_index.d
    • glsa_index.d
    • icsc_index.d
    • icsd_index.d
    • icses_index.d
    • icsp_index.d
    • icsw_index.d
    • item_index.d
    • oeeh_index.d
    • pdsc_index.d
    • poeh_index.d
    • poel_index.d
    • sled_index.d
    • vaeh_index.d
    • wteh_index.d
    • wtel_index.d
  • If all tables related to Elasticsearch will be imported into the target tenant when you run the SA Tenant Refresh - Data Import Report, then the existing Elasticsearch data is cleared before the new tables are loaded. If only a subset of the tables will be loaded, then the existing data is not cleared.

  • When you run the SA Tenant Refresh - Data Import Report, it remains active for up to 5 hours after the last import so that conversions can finish. After 5 hours, Report Scheduler remains in 'import mode' to process any remaining conversions, and to run the SA Word Index Rebuild Report and SA Index Rebuild Report.
