Batch call process enabled for Customer Inquiry

Batch call processing is now enabled for the Period Balances by Ship To view in Customer Inquiry.

When you select Use Advanced Polling Interface Logic for Designated Service Interface Calls in SA Administrator Options-System-General, you can select the ARIC Ship To Aging - arshiptoaging service interface call from the Available Advanced Polling Calls list.

With this service interface call selected, when you select Customer Inquiry-Period Balances by Ship To, a batch process is initiated that runs outside of the normal Service Interface calls which must complete within a system timeout limitation of 1 minute. Batch call processing allows the sourcing process to complete without timeout errors.

This is useful if you are inquiring on a large number of customer ship to records.
