Product Recommender enhancements

The Product Recommender context applications can be used to show similar and related products that you may offer to your customers when creating orders in Sales Order Entry or inquiring on product pricing and availability in Sales Customer Pricing Inquiry. These enhancements are made to the Product Recommender Up Sell and Cross Sell context applications:

• Warehouse filtering

  Only those products in the selected warehouse are displayed in the Product Recommender context app. If the product is not set up in Product Warehouse Product Setup for the selected warehouse, then it is not displayed.

• Product field updates

  When a recommended product is selected to be added from the context application window, the Product field is updated in Sales Order Entry or Sales Customer Pricing Inquiry. In addition, if the CSR enters a new value in the Product field, the context application refreshes to recommend new up-sell or cross-sell products.

• Higher limit of recommended products listed in widgets

  Up to 10 products are now listed in the Product Recommender context application window.

• Support for French and Spanish translation

  Field labels and product descriptions are now translated to French Canadian and Spanish.
