Customer Scorecard homepage available

A pre-defined homepage for sales executives, sales managers, and sales representatives is now available in Infor Ming.le. The widgets on the homepage enable sales personnel to monitor customers based on sales trends, margins, rankings, profits, and other KPIs.

The homepage includes these types of widgets:

  • Birst

    Shows a CloudSuite Distribution Analytics dashboard that contains role-based information. The individual widgets represent a Birst report. Users can click Explore to view the report in Birst.

  • Distribution SX.e

    Shows data from Distribution SX.e without opening the application.

These widgets are included on the homepage:

  • Banner widget comprised of these widgets:
    • Sales Trend by Year/Month
    • Fill Rate by Year/Month
  • Customer Lookup
  • Customer Scorecard
  • Customer's Fill Rate
  • Top 10 YTD Sales by Product Category
  • Customer Analysis
  • Top 10 Product Category Sales Increase
  • Top 10 Product Category Sales Decrease

Feature activation

The Customer Scorecard homepage is available in the Page Catalog on the Homepage view in Infor Ming.le. To add the page to the Homepage view, the SX-CustomerServiceManager security role must be assigned to a user's Infor Ming.le user record. To view the Birst widgets, the SX-BIRST-CustomerServiceManager and SXBIRST-User roles must be assigned to the user's Infor Ming.le user record. Users who can sign in to more than one company must configure the lookup widget to specify the company and user ID from which to retrieve the information.
