Work order updates

After the kits are built, you must update the work order in Storeroom Receipts. You can only update the quantity of the kit products that were built.

After you update a work order in Storeroom, the work order is accepted and updated in Distribution SX.e. The acceptance function is disabled for Storeroom-managed warehouse work orders in KP Work Order Center Entry.

To update work orders in Storeroom Receipts, security level 3 for KP Work Order Center Entry is required. If you are a distributor or ERP user, you must have the correct security on your SA Operator Setup record in Distribution SX.e. If you are a customer user, the correct security must be assigned to the API operator, which is usually the sys operator.
