Entering an issue using Rapid Issue Entry

  1. Select Issues & Returns > Issues.
  2. Specify header information.
  3. Place the cursor in the Product field.
  4. Scan the product.

    The cursor moves to the Requested field where 1 is displayed in the field.

  5. Press Tab.

    The cursor returns to the Product field.

  6. Scan the next product.
  7. After you have added all products to the issue, edit the lines if required. For example, specify lot or serial numbers.
    You can also edit a line as you add it to the order.
  8. Click Submit.
