Managing the IDM Outbox

You can use IDM Management to manage the IDM Outbox to perform these tasks:

  • View previous IDM requests
  • View detailed information for an IDM request
  • Delete an IDM request
  • Retry an IDM request

Use these steps to manage records in the IDM Outbox:

  1. Select Menu > Admin > IDM Management.
  2. Select the IDM record from the IDM Outbox grid and click one of these options:
    Retry
    Select an IDM record from the grid and click Retry to retry a failed request. For example, a signature from a delivery may fail to upload to IDM and the request must be retried.
    Delete
    Select an IDM record from the grid and click Delete to delete the record entirely.
    Refresh
    Select an IDM record from the grid and click Refresh to update the status of the selected record to 'Pending' and clear the Status Message field. You can also click Refresh to view the updated status of the record.
  3. Drill down into an IDM record to view the IDM Outbox Detail screen.
    This screen displays the same information that is provided in the grid with the addition of an image such as a signature for a delivery. You can also Retry, Delete, and Refresh the IDM record in IDM Outbox Detail.
