Changing a warehouse transfer

You can make changes to a warehouse transfer until it has been shipped.

To add a line to an approved transfer, you must have security to approve the line. If you do not have the correct security, this message is displayed: Operator Security Prohibits Changes to a Transfer That Has Been Picked (6605).

To delete a warehouse transfer line, the security setting for Transfer Entry in SA Operator Setup must be 5.

  1. Select Transfer > Entry > Transfer.
  2. Click Maintain.
  3. Specify the transfer number.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Optionally, click Transfer Order Settings to change header information.
  6. To add a line:
    1. In the Advanced Line Entry mode, specify a product. Specify additional information as required.
    2. Click Add.
  7. To maintain an existing line:
    1.  In the Product panel, click the line to maintain.

      Optionally, click Edit Lines and then click the right arrow to access the line for editing.

    2. Edit the available fields.
    3. Click Update.
  8. To delete an existing line:
    1.  In the Product panel, click the line to delete.

      Optionally, click Edit Lines and then click the right arrow to access the line for editing.

    2. Click Delete.
  9. Optionally, click Review & Totals to change addon, staging, and shipping information.
  10. Click Finish.
