Configuring the customer service widgets

If you are unable to configure the widgets on the page that you selected from the Page Catalog, you must duplicate the page.

  1. On the Customer Service homepage, configure the Customer Lookup, Product Lookup, and Warehouse Lookup widgets:
    1. On the widget, select ... > Configure.
    2. Select a value in the Company/User ID field.
    3. Optionally, change the Records Count value.

      Specify the default number of records to load into the widget. As you scroll down, additional records become available in increments of the Record Counts value.

    4. Click Save.
  2. Configure the Customer Contacts widget.
    1. Click Configure Widget.
    2. Select a value in the Company/User ID field.
    3. Optionally, change the Records Count value.

      Specify the default number of records to load into the widget. As you scroll down, additional records become available in increments of the Record Counts value.

    4. Optionally, change the value in the Status field to display active or inactive customers only.
    5. Click Save.
  3. Configure the Convert Quotes widget:
    1. On the widget, select ... > Configure.
    2. Select a value in the Company/User ID field.
    3. Optionally, change the Days value.

      Specify the number of days for which to display results.

    4. Click Save.
  4. Optionally, configure the Customer Period Balance widget to change the primary chart type.
  5. Optionally, configure these ION Widgets to change the filtered results. We recommend that you do not change the value in the Search field.
