Customer Scorecard widgets

Customer service widgets provide relevant Distribution SX.e information to sales executives, sales managers, and sales representatives.

These customer-related widgets are included on the Customer Scorecard Homepage:

  • Customer Scorecard Banner

    Includes these individual widgets:

    • Sales Trend by Year/Month

      Shows sales trends for the selected customer, based on historical revenue.

    • Fill Rate by Year/Month

      Shows the fill rate of the selected customer by year and month.

  • Customer Lookup

    Shows the customers that are available in the company that is selected in the configuration settings for the widget. Select a customer to update the information in the other widgets on the homepage.

    If you can sign in to multiple companies or have multiple user IDs for a company, then you must configure this widget. Click ... > Configure and then select a value in the Company/User ID field to indicate the company from which to retrieve the information.

  • Customer Scorecard

    Shows customer ranking of the selected customer, based on sales. Margin amounts and percentages, the total number of orders, and the total number of lines is also displayed.

  • Customer's Fill Rate

    Shows the percentage of orders that arrived on time per month in the current and previous year for the selected customer.

  • Customer Analysis

    Shows sales amounts and gross margin percentages for the selected customer by product category.

  • Top 10 YTD Sales by Product Category

    Shows the sales for top 10 categories for the selected customer.

  • Top 10 Product Category Sales Increase

    Shows the year-to-date sales increase for the top 10 product categories for the selected customer.

  • Top 10 Product Category Sales Decrease

    Shows the year-to-date sales decrease for the top 10 product categories for the selected customer.
