Customer service widgets

Customer service widgets provide relevant Distribution SX.e information to users that interface with customers, such as customer service representatives and accounts receivable personnel.

These customer service-related widgets are included on the Customer Service Homepage.

  • Convert Quotes

    Shows the quotes that were created by the operator, based on the days and company|user ID values that are specified in the configuration settings for the widget. Click the order number in the widget to view order details. If the quote is active, then you can click Convert to convert it to a stock order.

  • Customer Contacts

    Shows the contact information that was set up in the Contacts context application in Infor Ming.le. You can initiate an email or call from the widget using a calling application that is available locally.

  • Customer Lookup

    Shows the customers that are available in the company that is selected in the configuration settings for the widget. You must select a customer to update the information in these widgets: Customer Pricing, Customer Open Orders, Customer Period Balance, and Invoice Listing.

  • Customer Open Orders

    Shows the open orders for the customer that is selected in the Customer Lookup.

  • Customer Period Balance

    Shows the period balances for the customer that is selected in the Customer Lookup. You can configure the widget to display the information in different types of charts, such as a line or bar chart.

  • Customer Pricing

    Shows information from Sales Customer Pricing Inquiry, based on values that you selected in the Customer and Product Lookup widgets. The price that is displayed is based on base price. The warehouse that is displayed in the widget is based on one of these values:

    • The default warehouse from the customer record that is selected in the Customer Lookup.
    • The warehouse that you selected in the Warehouse Lookup.
  • Customer Service Banner

    Includes these individual widgets:

    • No Sales Last 30 Days

      Shows the top ten customers that have not had sales within the last 30 days.

    • Fill Rate - Top 5 Customer by Sales

      Shows the fill rate percentage for the top five customers by sales.

    • # of Orders by Stage Code

      Shows the number of orders by stage over the last 12 months.

    Note:  We recommend that you do not change the configuration settings for the banner widget.
  • Invoice Listing

    Shows a list of open invoices based on the customer that is selected in the Customer Lookup. You can click the image to open the invoice in Infor Document Management.

  • Product Lookup

    Shows the products that are available in the company that is selected in the configuration settings for the widget.

  • Quote Expiration

    Shows alerts for open quotes that expire within three days.

  • Shipment Delays

    Shows alerts for sales orders that have shipped three or more days after the promised date.

  • Shipment Overdue

    Shows alerts for sales order invoices that are due within 72 hours.

  • Short Shipments

    Shows alerts for shipped orders on which the shipped quantity of a line item is less than the ordered quantity.

  • Warehouse Lookup

    Shows the name and code of each warehouse that is available in the company. If a default warehouse is specified on the customer record, then that warehouse is automatically selected.

These customer service-related widgets are not included on the Customer Service homepage but are available in the Widget Catalog:

  • Customer Balance

    Shows the Total Balance, Memo Misc Credits, Memo Unapplied Cash, and Future Balance for the customer selected in the Customer Lookup widget.

  • Customer USPS

    Shows the customer address that was validated by the US Postal Service. You can click the Google Map to view the customer’s location. Google Maps opens in a separate tab. If the address is not validated, then a message is displayed. This widget requires setup by your system administrator.
