Whse

Specify the warehouse to generate the report for. You can only specify one warehouse.

(P)roduct, (T)ype or Price Book (S)eq #

Specify P to print the report in order by Product.

Specify T to print the report in order by Product Price Type. If you select Yes for the Page Break Between Price Types?, you must print the report in order by Product Price Type.

Specify S to print the report in or by Sequence #. If you specified a sequence number range, specify this option.

Single Line Report?

This option determines the format and content of the report. You can generate a single line or multiple line report. If you select Yes for the Print all Price Levels? option, this option is ignored.

Select Yes to print one line per product with this information:

  • Warehouse
  • Product
  • Description
  • Unit
  • Net Price
  • Ending Date

Select No to print two lines per product with this information:

  • Warehouse
  • Product
  • Description
  • Unit
  • Price
  • Discount
  • Net Price
  • Ending Date

The price, discount, and net price information that is included on the report is determined by the price and discount levels that you select.

Page Break Between Price Types?

If you print the report in order by Product Price Type, select Yes to create a page break for each new Product Price Type. If you print the report in order by Product or Sequence #, this option is ignored.

Print all Price Levels?

This option determines the format and content of the report. Select Yes to print three lines for each product with this information:

  • Warehouse
  • Product
  • Description 1
  • Description 2
  • Product Pricing Type
  • Unit
  • Ending Date
  • Pricing Level 1-9

Price Level 1 is always included on the report. Other price levels are included only if is there is a change in price, discount, or quantity break. If the product is a special price/cost unit, the special price/cost unit, not the stocking unit, is included.

Select No to use the setting from the Single Line Report option.

Or Print Price Level (0-9)

If you are generating a single line or multiple line report, specify the price level to include on the report.

And Discount Level (0-9)

If you are generating a single line or multiple line report, specify the discount level to include on the report.

Print Printable Product Notes

Select Yes to include note information on the report. If the Print Note option is selected for a required or non-required note, it is included on the report. If the Print Note option is not selected, an asterisk on the report to indicate that a note exists.

Select No to exclude notes from the report.

Print Promotional Prices

Select Yes if you use promotional Type 7 and Type 8 pricing records. In the pricing hierarchy, the promotional prices are checked first for a valid price and discount. If a valid promotional price record does not exist, the non-promotional Type 7 and Type 8 records are checked.

Select No to ignore all promotional price records.

For Future Price List Enter Start Date

Specify a future date. Pricing records with a start date that is on or after the future date are included on the report. Pricing records with an ending date that is before the future date are excluded from the report.

If you leave this option blank, the current price for each product is included on the report.

You can specify -1 to -7 in the day field to go back up to 7 days. For example, if you specify **/-7/**, the current date less 7 days is used for the date.
