Put Away Report field descriptions
Options
The fields are listed in alphabetical order.
- Default Staging Bin

Specify the default staging bin indicator.
If these conditions are met, the staging bin location prints in the Bin Loc column on this report:
- The product is flagged as Warehouse Manager-controlled product in Product Warehouse Product Setup.
- You specify a bin that was assigned as a staging bin in WM Bin Location and Product Setup.
An asterisk (*) prints to the right of the bin location, indicating it is a staging bin.
If the product is not a Warehouse Manager-controlled product, bin location #1 from the warehouse product record prints in the Bin Loc column.
- Print Line/Product Detail or Summary
- Indicate whether to include detailed or summary information on the report.
- Print Orders/Warehouse Transfers Needing Product?
- Select this option to print purchase order ties to sales orders or warehouse transfers.
- Print Product Notes?
- Select this option to print product notes with the purchase orders.
- Print Vendor Notes?

Select this option to print vendor notes with the purchase orders.
- Sort By Warehouse, Shipment ID, Package ID and

Select a sort option for the report. The bin location is bin location #1 from the Product Warehouse Product Setup record.
- Purchase Order: Sorts by purchase order, bin location, and then product
- Product: Sorts by product and then bin location
- Bin Location: Sorts bin location and then the product
- Stage Backorder Demand Products?

If you select this option, this calculation is used to determine the recommended put away quantity. The values are from Product Warehouse Product Setup
- Received - (Back Ordered + Demand)
If you select this option and Stage Tagged Products?, this calculation is used to determine the recommended put away quantity:
- Received - (Back Ordered + Demand + Quantities tied to orders or transfers)
- Stage Tagged Products?
