Age Date

The age date is used to calculate the new period date range. Specify an age date greater than the last age date. The date that is specified in this field becomes the starting point for Period 1.

You can specify a number between -1 and -7 in the day field to go back up to 7 days. For example, if you specify **/-7/**,current date less 7 days is used for the date.

Post Date

Specify the post date to use for each transaction posted. It indicates the date the transaction was entered. The post date has no effect on the actual period to which the transactions are posted.

The date that is specified in this field is used to balance Accounts Receivable to General Ledger on the Customer Trial Balance Report.

Month End Payment History Update?

Select Yes to perform the month end processing.

Post Service Charges?

Select Yes to perform the service charge calculation and update processing. A journal is opened.

Select No to calculate service charges without posting them. A detailed report prints.

Note:  If you specify incorrect dates on this report, you can rerun the report to correct period balances. Select No for this option and the Month End Payment History Update option when you rerun the report. If you updated service charges when you ran this report, you must manually reverse them in Customer Transaction Entry.
Posting Period

Specify the posting period date to post the history transactions. Post to all journals one period at a time. To go back one period, specify -1 in this field.

Print Detail?

Select Yes to print the report in detail form.

Select No to print a summary report.
