Options

(R)eport Only or (U)pdate

Specify R to generate the report only.

Specify U to automatically update Customer Setup price or discount level codes. The records that are updated are based on the ranges you specified.

Number of Periods to use (Max 12)

Specify the number of periods, or months, to use when calculating net sales or net margins. Depending on your GL admin options, either calendar months or fiscal periods are used.

Update (P)rice or (D)iscount Level

Specify P to automatically update the price level in Customer Setup and Customer Ship To Setup records.

Specify D to update the discount levels. The records that are updated are based on the ranges you specified.

To update, you must specify U in the (R)eport Only or (U)pdate option.

Use (S)ales or (M)argin values

Specify S to update based on minimum sales.

Specify Mto update based on margins.

Level 1-9 Minimum Value

Specify a minimum value for at least level 1,which is used to determine the customer’s value and corresponding price or discount level designator.
