WM Accept/Review Replenishment Entry overview

Warehouse Manager > Entry > Accept/Review Replenishment

Function acronym: WMEA

Use this page to perform replenishment action on the primary bins with an In Service status.

Primary locations need to be replenished because they are the primary pick location. Run WM Entry Replenish Primary Bins Report before using this function. You can generate this report for bins that are currently negative or will be going negative due to the Product Warehouse Product Setup reserved quantities. If the product is not available to replenish the bin, the bin does not show on the report. If an insufficient quantity exists, only the available product data shows on the report.

WM Entry Replenish Primary Bins Report can be generated in report, commit, or perform mode.

Run WM Accept/Review Replenishment Entry to accept WM transaction records created by WM Entry Replenish Primary Bins Report in Commit mode. It is not necessary to run WM Accept/Review Replenishment Entry to accept WM transaction records created in WM Entry Replenish Primary Bins Report in Perform mode because the acceptance is performed automatically. If you run WM Entry Replenish Primary Bins Report in Report mode, you can use WM Transaction Entry to perform the replenishment moves.

The WM Accept/Review Replenishment Entry function accepts WM transaction records created in WM Entry Replenish Primary Bins Report.

When the WM Entry Replenish Primary Bins Report is processed in commit mode, the Received and Committed quantities in WM Bin Location and Product Setup are created and this acceptance must be performed to update Warehouse Manager records. If the WM Entry Replenish Primary Bins Report was processed in perform mode, this acceptance is unnecessary because the On Hand, # Times Stored and Picked, Last Stored Date (destination), and Last Picked Date (source) are updated immediately.

WM Accept/Review Replenishment Entry is sorted in bin location order to facilitate the acceptance process. The Bin Location, Accept, Product, Lookup Name, Quantity, and Unit columns provide information from the destination or primary bin records displayed. From the toolbar, you can select Accept, Cancel, Restore, Final Update.

Expand a bin location record to access the Warehouse Manager Bin Allocation function. This function shows data from WM transaction records for source and destination bins created in WM Entry Replenish Primary Bins Report. In this function, you can change quantities and bin location in the WM Bin Location and Product Setup) record using Auto Assign, DeAllocate, and Save Bins.
