SM Service Level Analysis Report overview

Sales Manager > Report > SM Reports > SMRL

Function acronym: SMRL

Use this report to review the level of customer service that you are providing by analyzing actual sales figures for invoiced lines in Sales Order Entry and line items transferred through Transfer Entry.

Line items are totaled and listed as complete, incomplete, late, late and incomplete, or substituted and upgraded. Your customer service level is calculated by dividing the total number of completed line items by the total number of line items.

The report is divided into two sections: an Information section and an Analysis section. The Information section displays the customer number, customer name, warehouse, and warehouse name. It also displays totals and averages of invoiced orders and warehouse transfers. The Analysis section displays details about the invoiced lines and transfer lines.
