Use this page to set up a tax master record for each jurisdiction in the United States in which your company has nexus.

You must have previously selected Sales Use Tax as your Tax Method in SA Company Setup, and have set up the tax groups properly. You can create, edit, or delete a tax master record using this function.

When you create a new record, the required fields that are displayed vary depending on the tax type and tax group. After you create a record, use the General, Addons, and General Ledger views to further define the record.

Note:  If you are integrated with Sovos GTD, or AvaTax, or Vertex Cloud, when you implement the third-party application, you supersede all Distribution SX.e tax tables you may have set up in SA Sales Tax Setup. You cannot use both a third-party application and standard Distribution SX.e tax tables simultaneously in a single company.
