SA Data Archive Work Orders Report overview

Function acronym: SADDW

Use this report to archive or purge work orders that were built or canceled and that meet the date criteria that is specified on the report. Work orders are used by Kit Production to replenish pre-built kits.

The archive process archives data from these files:

  • KP Work Order Center Entry
  • Kit line item record
  • Work order notes
  • Line comments

This table shows the criteria that determines if a record is archived:

Record Criteria
Work orders

Last transaction date

Stage 3-Built
Canceled work orders

Last transaction date

Stage 9-Canceled
Work orders for sales orders

Last transaction date

Tied sales order must be in Stage 5-Paid or Stage 9-Canceled
Work orders for transfers

Last transaction date

Tied transfers must be in Stage 6-Received or Stage 9-Canceled

Any back orders must be canceled or meet the same criteria.
