OT Vessel Entry - Overseas Trade Details - Lines - Add Tracking to Vessel overview
Use this page to add the tracking documents associated with this vessel. The Add Tracking to Vessel window is displayed when you click in OT Vessel Entry - Lines.
Any tracking documents you add to the vessel must meet these criteria:
- exist in OT Transaction Entry
- not be attached to another vessel document
- be in Arrived stage or earlier
After you add all of the tracking documents associated with this vessel, use the Header window to maintain the departure, arrival and unloaded dates. As you specify dates, the stages on these tracking documents are updated automatically.
