Sales Order Entry - Advanced Line Entry - Customer Product overview
Use this page to create a customer product record for the sales order line. Optionally, you can create a new Product Extended Product Cross Reference Setup record using the information on this page.
This page is accessed one of two ways.
First, it is displayed automatically if you specify a customer product number on a sales order line and no Product Extended Product Cross Reference Setup record exists, and the customer requires their product numbers be specified on order lines. This is specified by selecting the Require Customer Products option in Customer Setup.
The second way to access the Customer Product window is to select it manually after a product number is specified on a sales order line. Select Customer Product from the menu.
