GL Balance Transfers Report overview
Function acronym: GLRBT
Use the GL Balance Transfers Report to compare the balances in the Inventory In Transit and Addons In Transit account codes.
These GL codes are set up in Product Warehouse Description Setup to total of all Transfer orders that are in Stage 3 (Shipped) and Stage 4 (Pre-Received). The system reports any Transfer orders posted to a GL suspense account.
The report provides information about each transfer posted to that account code if you choose to print detail.
Close all open journals before you run this report. If a journal is open, the journal number, operator, function name, date and time are printed at the top of the report. Find the journal, close it, and then rerun the report.
