Customer Inquiry - Period Balance by Ship To overview
Use this page to review the customer balance information for all ship to records associated with the customer.
This information is available:
- credit balance
- credit limit
- future balance
- stored period balances
Note: If you process a large number of ship to records for a customer, you may receive a
system time-out error if a customer has many ship tos. If you receive a time-out error,
you can activate a batch call process that operates outside of the 1-minute system
time-out constraint. Select Use Advanced Polling
