Customer Administration Keyword Build Report overview
Function acronym: ARAK
Use this report to create a keyword index for customer records that have been converted from your old system. This function also rebuilds the index file if it becomes corrupt or is deleted in error.
When customers are added directly into the system, they are added to the keyword file automatically. When they are converted into the system, you must add them manually. The Customer Administration Keyword Build Report creates the index file necessary to perform keyword lookups.
The keywords that are built with this function are used when you access the customer lookup. This enables you to enter words or parts of words that might be included within a customer's name.
This report does not contain any options. The contents of the report are solely based on the range selected for the customer number.
