SA Administrator Options - Logistics - WL Options overview
Use this page to define settings for transactions between the system and TWL.
On this page, you can specify this information:
- Total Warehouse Logistics-specific settings including the default GL operator, new part default zone, and interface, default, and notes options
- Order return, order hold, and hold code information
- Processing information for products received after final internal and external processing
The hold codes on this page are legacy hold codes that are used for standard hold processing. Optionally, you can use operational hold codes. Operational hold codes are created from your existing legacy hold codes. They are applied to sales orders using the same criteria as legacy hold codes, but provide greater visibility and a comprehensive removal process.
Operational hold codes are automatically created in SA Table Code Value Setup, based on the system- and user-defined legacy hold codes. The legacy hold codes that you can specify on this page, customer return and zero-shipped order, can be converted to operational hold codes.
