KP Work Order Center Entry error messages

You might encounter error messages as you accept kits in KP Work Order Center Entry. This table shows you the messages that are displayed to alert you to the conditions that must be corrected before you proceed.


Description	Cause or correction
`Units Not Set Up in Unit Table - ICSEU or SASTT (4026)`	Set up unit conversion type in SA Table Code Value Setup or Product Extended Unit Conversion Setup.
`Kit Not Setup in Kit Setup - KPSK (4706)`	The product must be set up with at least one component in KP Component Setup.
`Kit Component Cannot be a Build on Demand Kit (4720)`	Build on demand kits cannot be entered in KP Work Order Center Entry. They can only be entered in Sales Order Entry.
`Component Not Set Up in Product Setup - ICSP (4731)`	A valid product record for the component was not found. Set up product in Product Setup.
`Component Not Set Up in Warehouse Setup - ICSW (4732)`	A valid product record for the component was not found. Set up the product for the selected warehouse in Product Warehouse Product Setup.
`Component Not Active - ICSP (4733)`	Inactive component products cannot be entered in KP Work Order Center Entry. Change status of component product to Active in Product Setup.
`Kit Component Not Set Up in Group Setup - KPSG (4734)`	Group components must be set up in KP Group Setup prior to entry in KP Work Order Center Entry.
`Product Cannot be Inactive - ICSP (4735)`	Inactive products cannot be entered in KP Work Order Center Entry. Change status of product to Active in Product Setup.
`Kit Component Not Set Up in Option Setup - KPSO (4737)`	Optional components must be set up in KP Option Setup prior to entry in KP Work Order Center Entry.
`Component Cannot be a Core Charge Product - ICSP (4738)`	Products with a core charge cannot be entered in KP Work Order Center Entry.
`Quantity Must Be Nonzero (5630)`	You must specify a quantity of 1 or higher, or a negative amount (-1 or more). You cannot specify a zero quantity.
`Cannot Process, Total Qty Shipped = 0 (5920)`	You cannot accept a work order that has a quantity shipped of zero.
`Product Cannot Have a Core Charge - ICSP (6065)`	Products or components with a core charge as defined in Product Setup cannot be entered in KP Work Order Center Entry.
`Kits With Negative Components Cannot Be Disassembled (6185)`	You cannot disassemble a kit that contains negative components.
`Status Code Invalid - Review All Active Back Orders/Releases (6416)`	You cannot cancel or delete a work order if a back order exists for the order. The back order must be canceled or deleted before the order itself can be canceled or deleted.
