Customer Maintain Transaction Entry - Split Scheduled Payment field descriptions

Fields are listed in alphabetic order.

Amount
The scheduled payment amount. This is the amount to be split among the new scheduled payments. The Amount field is nonenterable.
Days
Specify the number of days between due dates for the scheduled payments.
Due Date
The original scheduled payment due date. The due dates of the new scheduled payments may vary from the due of the original scheduled payment. The Due Date is nonenterable.
Invoice #
The invoice number of the selected line.
Invoice Date
The original invoice date of the transaction when it was created in Customer Cash Receipts Entry or Customer Transaction Entry. The due date and discount date were calculated from the Invoice Date. The Invoice Date is nonenterable.
Payments
The number of payments automatically defaults to 2, because you always split a scheduled payment into at least two new scheduled payments. The number of payments can be overridden but must be greater than zero.
The number of payments is used to equally split the amount and discount when the Split Pay window is accessed.
