Customer Credit Card Status Report ranges and options

Ranges

Date

Specify a date or range of dates to limit the report output.

Warehouse

Specify a warehouse or range of warehouses to limit the report output. The warehouse is set up in Product Warehouse Description Setup and is derived from the sales order.

Division

Specify a division or range of divisions to limit the report’s output. Divisions are set up in SA Table Code Value Setup-Division, and are dependent upon the SA Company Setup-Divisional setting. The division is obtained from the sales order’s specified division.

Merchant ID

Specify a merchant ID or range of IDs to limit the report output. Merchant IDs are set up in SA Table Code Value Setup-Merchant ID Credit Card. They are associated with a warehouse in Product Warehouse Description Payment Type Setup or at the company level with payment types set up in SA Table Code Value Setup. Customer Credit Card Status Report reports on the merchant ID that was used when the credit card transaction was processed. If the transaction has no value, the system first looks at the Warehouse Description Payment Types Setup-Payment Type, then SA Table Code Value Setup-Payment Type.

Processor

Specify a processor or range of processors to limit the report output. Processors are set up in SA Credit Card Processor Setup and defines the interface between Distribution SX.e and the credit card payment processor.

Options

Transaction Type (or "All") 

Specify a transaction type. Specify fsal to limit the report to only show failed transactions.

Retain the default, All, to print all transaction types.

Resubmit Failed Transactions
Note:  If you select Yes, failed transactions are reset to be reprocessed with the next batch run of Customer Credit Card Manager Report. If you select No, this report is informational only.
Deactivate Forced Sales
Note:  If you select Yes, and Customer Credit Card Manager Report timed out before the processor returned a response, all of the fsal transactions from that run are listed on this report, even though the credit card processor processed them correctly. Before deactivating forced sales, check the processor transactions to verify they have settled.
Order# (or 0 for All)

This report can be run for one order at a time.

Format: S)tatus or B)alancing

This option determines the type of report that is displayed. Specify S to include the transaction code, communication code, and response date on the report. Specify B to include amounts on the report. The next two options, D)etail or S)ummary (Balance Only), and Sort By W)hse, D)iv ,M)erch, P)rocessor, apply only if you select the Balancing format.

D)etail or S)ummary (Balance Only)

Use this option when the Format option is set to Balancing. Specify S to print summary totals. Specify D to print detailed information, including the credit card type, credit card number (last 4 digits), expiration date, transaction type, amount, order number, authorization code, warehouse, division, merchant ID, communication code, transaction status, and the credit card processor response.

Sort By W)hse, D)iv, M)erch, P)rocessor

Use this option to determine the sort order for the data to be displayed. The sort option is used for both the Status and Balancing report formats. Specify W to sort by warehouse, then processor. Specify D to sort by division, then processor. Specify M to sort by merchant ID, then processor. Specify P to sort by processor only.

F)ailed, A)pproved, E)xcl Aprvd or X)All

Specify F to show transactions with a communication status of Deny, Time, or Conn. Specify A to show approved credit card transactions. Specify E to show transactions with a communication status of Deny, Time, or Conn, and to also display those with a 0 (zero) status; is displayed as “----” in the Comm field. Specify X for all transactions.
