Options

Whse

Required. Specify the desired warehouse.

(R)eport Only, (C)ommit or (P)erform

Required. If a replenishment report is needed without affecting any quantities, process this as Report only. Commit mode updates Received and Committed quantities and creates transaction entries with a Stage of 1 (Entered). WM Accept/Review Replenishment Entry then needs to be processed to update On Hand quantities, Last Stored, # Times Stored and Picked, and Last Picked dates.

The Perform mode updates On Hand quantities, Last Stored Date, # Times Stored in destination bins, the Last Picked Date, and # Times Picked in source bins without having to process WM Accept/Review Replenishment Entry. Transaction entries are also created, but with a Stage of 4 (Finished). If the Delete Transactions When Complete option in SA Admin Options-Products-Warehouse Manager is Yes, transactions in Stage 4 (Finished) will be deleted.

Page Break on (B)uilding, (R)ow, (S)ection

Required. Building is the default value. A page break occurs between each building on the report. Specifying Row will put a page break between each row. Specifying Section will put a page break between each section.

Initials of User (4 Letters Maximum)

Required. Specify the initials of a valid operator.

Check Open Orders (Y/N)

The default value is Yes. Accept the default if outstanding Sales Order Entry orders need to be checked and included in the calculations. WM Entry Replenish Primary Bins Report checks the Reserved amount from Product Warehouse Product Setup and uses the Reserved amount to calculate space available in the bin. Select No to ignore outstanding orders.

Only Where Quantity on Hand Less Than 0 (Y/N)

The default value is No. Specify Yes if you want only bins with an On Hand quantity of less than zero to show. Use this option to replenish bins that have a negative balance. A negative balance occurs when the Pick Only Primary Bins option in SA Admin Options-Products-Warehouse Manager is Yes, and available quantity in primary bins have become negative. If the Check Open Orders in WM Entry Replenish Primary Bins Report is Yes, and this option is also Yes, you have the ability to quickly check which bins will not have enough stock to fill orders.

Round (U)p, (D)own, (N)earest

Required. The default value is Nearest. Rounding is used to determine the amount a primary bin requires for replenishment.
