PD Mass Maintenance Entry - General field descriptions
The fields available vary based
        on the set name, source, and destination values specified. Fields are presented in
        alphabetical order. 
	 - Cap Sell Amount
 - Specify the maximum amount the product can be sold for without sharing the rebate amount.
 - Cap Sell Type
 - Select Percent if the Cap Sell Amount is a percentage. Select Amount is the Cap Sell Amount is a currency value. If the Cap Sell Type is a percentage, to calculate the currency value, the Cap Sell Amount is multiplied by the Product Setup multiplier.
 - Contract Cost
 - Select this option if the rebate record is used for short term SPA rebate contracts. Only Vendor on Sale rebates can be set to Yes.
 - Contract Line #
 - This field displays only if the Rebate by Contract Line Number option is selected in SA Admin Options-Product-Rebates. Specify the contract line number. You can update this value for a manual rebate only.
 - Hard Maximum
 - Select this option if the maximum quantity is a hard maximum. If selected, the pricing will not be applied to the product once the maximum quantity has been met.
 - (Hard Maximum Quantity) Based On
 - If the Hard Maximum quantity is being applied, select the quantity to use as the basis for the maximum.
 - Hard System Price
 - Indicates whether operators can override this price if it defaults as the system price
 - Last Used Date
 - Indicates the date the record was last used. This field is display-only; it cannot be updated, though it is exported to Excel.
 - Manual Rebate
 - Select this option if the rebate is a manual rebate only. Manual rebates are not selected for best rebate calculations.
 - Margin Basis
 - Specify a cost upon which to use when calculating margin. For example, if you have enabled and specified a Foreign Replacement Cost in SA Administrator Options and Product Warehouse Product Setup-Costs, you can select that cost here.
 - Override Tolerance Down
 - Specify the percent below the price that is tolerated. You can use an override tolerance if the Hard System Price option is cleared.
 - Override Tolerance Up
 - Specify the percent above the price that is tolerated. You can use an override tolerance if the Hard System Price option is cleared.
 - Rebate Down To Basis
 - Specify a base flat rate, price, or cost upon which to use when calculating the rebate.
 - Rebate From Basis
 - Specify a base flat rate, price, or cost upon which to use when calculating the rebate.
 - Share Rebate
 - Select this option if the rebate is a Share rebate.
 - Share Rebate Percent
 - Specify the percentage of one dollar that gets deducted from the rebate amount when the product is sold for more than the cap sell price
