IB Customer Price Labels Report ranges and options

Vendor #

Specify a range of vendors to print price labels for products that are replenished by those vendors. The vendor number that is used in the range corresponds to the authorized replenishment path (ARP) vendor on Product Warehouse Product Setup records.

Product

Specify a range of products to print price labels for. If you leave the range blank, all stock and catalog products are included in the report but are subject to other parameters.

Price Book Sequence #

Specify a range of Price Book Sequence numbers to print price labels for the products that are included in those price books. The Price Book Sequence # for a product is specified on the Product Setup record.

Product Price Type

Specify a range of product price types to print price labels for products with those price types. The price type for a product is specified on the Product Warehouse Product Setup record.

Product Rebate Type

Specify a range of rebate types to print price labels for products with those rebate types. The rebate type for a product is specified on the Product Warehouse Product Setup record.

Customer #

Specify a range of customers to print price labels for. This range is required.

Ship To

Specify a range of ship tos to print price labels for. If you do not specify a range, you can select No for the Honor Ship To Range option to print price labels for customers only. If you print price labels for ship tos, the customer price type is obtained from the PD Pricing Setup record for the ship to.

Customer Price Type

Specify a range of customer price types to print price labels for products with those price types. The price type for a product is specified on the PD Pricing Setup record.

Product Line

Specify a range of product lines to print price labels for products that are assigned to those product lines. The product line for a product is specified on the Product Warehouse Product Setup or Product Catalog Setup record.

Product Category

Specify a range of product categories to print price labels for products that are assigned to those product categories. The product category for a product is specified on the Product Setup or Product Catalog Setup record.

Alternate Product Group

Specify a range of alternate product groups to print price labels for the products within those groups. The alternate product group for a product is specified on the Product Setup or Product Catalog Setup record.

Options

Warehouse

Specify the warehouse for the products you are printing price labels for. You can only specify one warehouse.

Only Stocked Items?

Select Yes to print price labels for products for which Stock is selected in the Status field in Product Warehouse Product Setup.

If Only Stocked Items is set to Yes, the Include Catalog Items option is ignored, or treated as set to No.

Only Items with Quantity On Hand?

Select Yes to print price labels for product that have an On Hand balance that is greater than zero in Product Warehouse Product Setup.

If Only Items with Quantity On Hand is set to Yes, the Include Catalog Items option is ignored, or treated as set to No.

Price Changes Only?

Select Yes to print price labels for a product if the price that is calculated by the report is different than the price in the Price Label Last Price field in Product Warehouse Product Setup.

Select No when you reprint labels.

Note: Because the Price Label Last Price and Price Label Unit are stored on the warehouse product record, we recommend you select Yes for Price Changes Only when you run the IB Customer Price Labels Report for a single customer. This may be a special customer that represents all retail customers.
Include Kits?
Select Yes to print price labels for kit products.
Print Promotional Prices?

Select Yes to include promotional Type 7 and Type 8 price records in the pricing hierarchy that is used to determine what prices to print on price labels.

For Future Price Labels Enter Start Date

Specify a future date to calculate prices that based on pricing records that will be in effect on that date or later.

You can also specify a previous date. Specify -1 to -7 to include price records that are in effect 1 to 7 days before the current date; for example, **/-7/**. To use the current date, leave the default value of **/**/**.

Include D)NR, O)AN, B)oth or N)either

Specify whether to print price labels for do not reorder and order-as-needed products. This option is ignored if you select Yes for the Include Catalog Items option.

Include Catalog Items?

Select Yes to print price labels for catalog records. The catalog price is calculated using price records instead of the base or list price from Product Catalog Setup record.

If a catalog item was already included on the report as a stock product, it is skipped. If a product is set up in both Product Warehouse Product Setup and Product Catalog Setup, the descriptions and costs from Product Setup and Product Warehouse Product Setup are used.

Price labels for catalog products are printed before labels for stock products.

Honor Ship To Range?

You can use this option if you do not specify a ship to range. Select Yes to print price labels for each ship that is associated with each customer that is included in the customer range. Select No to print price labels for the customers only.

Label printer

Specify the printer on which to print the price labels.

Note: Any messages and errors that are associated with the report are output to the print type method that you specified on the Information page.

Specify the number of copies to print per label.
