Field descriptions are presented in alphabetical order within each section.

Invoices grid

Apply Amt

Specify the amount you want to apply to the invoice.

Disc Amt

Specify the discount amount you want to apply to the invoice.

PIF (Paid in Full)

Select this option if this invoice is paid in full.

Ready to Process

Select this option if the invoice is ready to process. The check cannot be processed until all transactions in the grid are ready to process.
