          - Print Inactive Records?
 
          - Specify the name of the server and directory the import file

          - Print Type 1?
 
          - Select Yes to include Type 1 pricing
            records on the report. Type 1 pricing records are only valid for specific combinations
            of customers and products. They are unique to that combination and cannot be shared. 
 
        
        
          - Print Type 2?
 
          - Select Yes to include
            Type 2 pricing records on the report. Type 2 pricing records are used with one specific
            customer at a time but across all products within one product price type. The product
            price type is stored on warehouse product records. 
 
        
        
          - Print Type 3?
 
          - Select Yes to include
            Type 3 pricing records on the report. Type 3 is the opposite of Type 2 pricing records.
            These records are specific to one product at a time but apply to all customers within a
            customer price type. The customer price type is stored on customer records. 
 
        
        
          - Print Type 4?
 
          - Select Yes to include
            Type 4 pricing records on the report. Type 4 pricing records combine the flexibility of
            Types 2 and 3. Type 4 records apply to all customers within the customer price type and
            all products within the product price type. 
 
        
        
          - Print Type 5?
 
          - Select Yes to include
            Type 5 pricing records on the report. A Type 5 pricing record is limited to one customer
            at a time. Each time a customer purchases a product, the price and discount levels on
            the pricing record is applied. 
 
        
        
          - Print Type 6?
 
          - Select Yes to include
            Type 6 pricing records on the report. Type 6 pricing records apply prices and discounts
            to all customers within the customer price type. For example, electrical wholesalers may
            receive one discount level whereas a walk-in customer may receive full price. 
 
        
        
          - Print Type 7?
 
          - Select Yes to include
            Type 7 pricing records on the report. Type 7 pricing records apply to one specific
            product at a time. Each time a customer purchases this product, the price and discount
            levels are applied. 
 
        
        
          - Print Type 8?
 
          - Select Yes to include
            Type 8 pricing records on the report. Type 8 pricing records apply the prices and
            discounts to all products within the product price type. 
 
        
      
      
        
          - Print Only Quotes?
 
          - Select Yes to include only quotes. Only Type 1 records
            can contain a quote number. The quote number cannot be manually entered but is created
            when you enter a quote through Sales Customer Pricing Inquiry. When
            you enter a quote through Sales Order Entry, you can store the
            quote in Price Discounting.
