Purging Report Scheduler stored reports

Use these instructions to periodically purge stored reports from the system. You can print the report for review before purging the reports.

  1. Select Report Scheduler > Administration > RSA Reports > Report Scheduler Purge Stored Reports.
  2. Select New > One Time.
  3. Specify report and print information, and then click Next.
  4. Optionally, specify report ranges, and then click Next.
  5. Select Yes to specify a list of reports for purging. Click List, and then specify stored reports.
  6. Indicate if you want to include only those stored reports that are not currently scheduled.
  7. Indicate if you want to purge the reports that match the criteria you specified.
    • If you select Yes, all stored reports that match the criteria you selected are immediately purged from the system.
    • If you select No, the list of stored reports that match the criteria you specified are printed for you to review.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Click Save.
