Setting up an Alternate Warehouse Lost Business Type business rule

You must first set up a Lost Business Reason Type in SA Table Code Value Setup before you can create the Alternate Warehouse Lost Business Type business rule.

  1. Select System Administrator > Setup > Table Code Value .
  2. In the Table List field, select Lost Business (OE).
  3. Click New.
  4. Specify a reason and description.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Optionally, select Record Lost Business as Usage.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Select System Administrator > Setup > Business Rules .
  9. In the Category field, select SXAPI.
  10. In the Rule field, select Alternate Warehouse Lost Business Type.
  11. Click New.
  12. In the Rule Value field, specify the lost business reason code that you created in SA Table Code Value Setup.
  13. Click Save.
