Assigning default print queues to a user

You can assign default report queues for a user in SA Operator Setup. When the user prints a one-time or scheduled report, or a report on demand, the report is assigned to the default print queue unless the operator can override the queue for the report.

Valid queues are set up in RS Queue Setup.

  1. Select System Administrator > Setup > Operator.
  2. Select the record, and click Edit.
  3. In the Preferences section, specify a queue in the Default Report Queue field for one-time and scheduled reports.
  4. Specify a queue in the Default Demand Queue field for reports that are printed on demand.
  5. In the Allow Queue Override field, indicate if the user can override the assigned default queues.
  6. Click Save.
