Module considerations of archiving and purging

Consider the ramifications of archiving various modules within Distribution SX.e. When you archive data in one module, you may also affect data in another module.

For example, sales order numbers are used in the Sales and Customer modules. If you archive sales orders but not receivables, you can product duplicate data if you reuse the order numbers established in Product Warehouse Descriptions Setup. We recommend that you archive the same data in related modules.
