Adding line items to a PO RRAR from the shopping list

You can add products to a Purchase Entry Recommended Replenishment Action Report (PO RRAR) from a shopping list.

  1. Select Purchase > Entry > Demand Center.
  2. Specify the appropriate buyer.
  3. To filter, specify a warehouse, vendor, or freight consolidation.
  4. Click Search. The resulting reports are listed in the grid.
  5. In the grid, select the appropriate report.
  6. Click the drill down icon to access report detail views.
  7. Select the Shopping List view.
  8. Click Product Search.
  9. Set your criteria on the form.
  10. Click Save.
  11. In the grid, review and select lines, and then select from these options:
    • Delete: Delete any lines you do not want to add to the shopping list.
    • Add: Select individual lines to add to the shopping list.
    • Add All Lines: Select to add all lines to the shopping list.

    After selecting any of these options, the Shopping List is refreshed, and any lines added to the PO RRAR are removed from the list.

  12. In the Line Items view, as appropriate, you can change the Accept Type for a line to Yes.
  13. Click Save.
  14. Close the report to return to the grid.
  15. Merge the report.
