Deleting a purchase order line

Caution: 
When you delete a line in a purchase order, any transaction record of that line is completely removed from the system. No information as to why, when, or at which stage the line was deleted is available in any future inquiry. You must have security level of 5 to delete a purchase order line, even if the purchase order has been printed.
  1. Select Purchase > Entry > Purchase Order.
  2. Click Maintain.
  3. In Purchase Order #, specify the number of the purchase order to modify.
  4. Click Next.
  5. In Selected Products, in the line list, select the line to be deleted.
  6. Click Delete.
  7. In the confirmation message, Confirm Delete?, click Yes.
  8. Click Next to open Review & Totals, or click Finish to complete the order.
