Expired pricing and rebate records

If you maintain a large number of pricing records with different record types, use the PD Expired Pricing Records Report to identify pricing records and rebates that expire in the future. Use the various report ranges and options to locate the desired set of records.

Pricing records

The report reviews all pricing records that are active and fall within the calculated ending date. The value in the Records Will Expire Within # of Days option is added to the system date to determine the calculated ending date. If the Include Records with no Expiration Date option is Yes, the report also selects pricing records with a blank ending date. Depending on the record types you select, the qualifying records for each level code you selected are sorted by warehouse and record type. The report includes this information for all record types:

  • Record type
  • Start date
  • End date
  • Record #
  • Warehouse
  • Price multiplier

Additionally, this information is included on the report according to the record type:

  • Type 1: Customer #, customer name, and product
  • Type 2: Customer #, customer name, and product price type, product line, category, or rebate type
