Editing orders from the Configurator

After initial creation of an order using CPQ, you can edit the order in Sales Order Entry.

Note: You cannot reconfigure individual lines added from a shopping list populated from CPQ. After it is populated, the Shopping List is no longer tied to CPQ.
  1. Select Sales > Entry > Order.
  2. Click Maintain.
  3. Specify the order number.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Complete the remaining fields as necessary.
  6. Click Next.
  7. In Select Products, select the line you want to change.
  8. Click Configure.
  9. Make edits to the line in the Configurator, click Finish, and close the Configuration Complete page.
  10. Click Finish to save the changes to the line.
  11. Save the order.
