Disabling Sales Order Fulfillment for customers

By default, fulfillment orders can be entered for all customers and ship tos. Use these instructions to prohibit fulfillment orders for a customer. Use the same instructions to prohibit fulfillment orders for ship tos in Customer Ship To Setup.

  1. Select Customer > Setup > Customer.
  2. Open the customer record, and then click Edit.
  3. Click Ordering.
  4. Select Not Allowed To Use Order Fulfillment in the Sales Order Fulfillment field.
  5. Click Save.
