Creating a sales order using Easy Line Entry

  1. Select Sales > Entry > Order.
  2. Specify the required information on the Initiate page, and then click Next.
  3. Select Line Entry > Easy.
  4. Specify the product or a value that is related to the product to add to the order, and then click Search.
  5. In the Products grid, locate the product to add to the order.
  6. If required, specify or change the quantity. Optionally, change the unit.
  7. Click Add Item to add the product to the order.

    Optionally, update the quantity and unit for multiple products, and then click Add All Lines with Quantity to add the products to the order.

  8. Finish the order.
