Setting up a tally product

To set up dimensional tally products, random or specified, you must create product and warehouse product records for the parent tally product. After you set up the parent tally product as a stock product in Product Setup and Product Warehouse Product Setup, you can set up the tally component mix in KP Tally Mix Setup. To set up a memo tally product, you are only required to create Product Setup and Product Warehouse Product Setup records for the generic type of product contained in the tally, such as molding. The tally’s price and cost are based on the Product Setup record.
