Maintaining a product list in Product Setup and Product Warehouse Product Setup

You can remove all products from a product list or update a product list to keep existing products and add new products.

  1. Select Product > Setup > Product or Product > Setup > Warehouse Product.
  2. To remove all products from a product list:
    1. Select Product List > Add to Product List.
    2. Select the product list in the Product List Type field.
    3. Select Remove Products From the List.
    4. Click Save.
    The products that were previously on the product list but were not selected in the previous step are removed from the list.
  3. To update a product list:
    1. Conduct a search for products to keep on the list or add to the list, and then select them.
    2. Select Product List > Add to Product List.
    3. Select the product list in the Product List Type field.
    4. Click Save.
