Infor Service Management is a flexible and configurable service and rental management solution with embedded industry best practices, concepts, and workflows.

The application is deployed as an extension of CloudSuite Distribution.

Service Management enables you to manage all aspects of your business, including these key operations:

  • Call Center: Provide front-line agents with the information they need to answer questions and screen service requests. Prioritize response times in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and trigger escalation when SLAs are nearing non-compliance.
  • Work Orders: Manage the order through the entire process, with defined workflows and automatic escalations and alerts.
  • Scheduling: Assign the right technician for the job.
  • Rental: Facilitate quick creation of rental agreements with real-time access to rental equipment availability, related items for upsell, and industry standard rates.
  • Mobile Field Service: Provide remote technicians and sub-contractors with intuitive mobile tools to eliminate duplicates, provide real-time data updates, and inform their decisions. Service Mobile supports quote and service order entry and enables search for ERP catalog items on Apple iOS and Android mobile devices. Field technicians can use Service Mobile in online or offline mode.
  • Warranty Claims: Manage all warranties for equipment and component level parts. Streamline the claims process from authorizing, reviewing, and reimbursing your service providers, to managing your own claim submittals to your vendors.
