Creating a customer master group
Use Customer Master Group Setup to set up and maintain group records within the Customer module.
- Select Customer > Setup > Master Group.
 - Click New.
 - Specify a group number and name.
 - Click Save.
 - Select values in the Apply Services Changes and Allow Unearned Discounts fields.
 - Select a currency if the group and its members is a foreign customer and uses a currency other than the domestic currency. Retain the default currency setting if the group uses the same currency as the company.
 - Click Credit.
 - 
            Specify this information: 
            
- Manager
 - Specify the initials of the group's credit manager.
 
- Hold Period
 - Specify the hold period.
 
- Sales Order Status
 - Select a sales order status.
 
- Hold Open Date
 - Specify a date.
 
- Credit Limit
 - Specify an amount.
 
- Apply Group Limit
 - Select the method by which to apply the group's credit limit.
 
 - Click Save.
