AP dashboard
The AP dashboard consists of KPIs for these metrics:
- Open AP Amount
- Invoice Amount
- Payment Amount
- Discount Offered
- Discount Taken
- Discount Lost
Note: The arrow trend indicators in this dashboard compare the current
year to date (YTD) with the last YTD. If a filter is changed to another year, then the KPI
values and trend indicators compare the selected year to its previous year.
Reports:
- Payments and Purchases by Month
- Invoice Aging
- Top Payments and Purchases by Vendor
- Open Payables by Vendor
- Top Vendor by AP Balance
Filters:
- (Default value = Current Year)
- (Default value = Invoice)
