Resetting end user passwords

  1. Click the embedded link in the email that you receive from donotreply@birst.com.
  2. Specify a new password twice.
  3. After the password change is accepted, click Go Back to Login.
  4. Specify your user ID in this format: <tenant id>_<Ming.le GUID>. You can copy the ID from the email.
  5. Specify the new password to complete the login.
