Saving an advanced search

  1. In a function with advanced search, click Advanced Search in the Search view.
  2. In the Criteria field, select the fields to include in the search. Clear the fields to exclude from the search.

    In most functions, all fields that are available in the Advanced Search are displayed.

  3. Optionally, specify values in the fields to use in your saved search.

    Values are not required.

  4. Click Save Search.
  5. Specify a name for the search.
  6. To use the search as the default search for the function, select Default.
    If you select Default, this search is displayed when you first open the Advanced Search in a function.
  7. Click OK.
